At first I thought they were honest... I paid over $1500 for about 3 hours of work ..I also paid for caps on my electric panels..they were never done .. Since the installation 2 fans have stopped working ..I would NEVER hire this company ..they act very Christian so forth .. They didnt do half the work I paid them for..Trust me there are better and more honest company's out there! All of my outlets are a mess ..my fans dont work I paid $1,500 A widow of a veteran of ALS .. CROOKS ! And I will never hire them again And I know there are better and more ethical places out there . As a veteran widow who's husband died of ALS I trusted too much .

I do not understand how they have so many good reviews. I had a terrible experience with them. I had a sensor switch I wanted replaced. There was no issue with the switch or light, I just wanted a different style switch with an override for the auto off. They replaced it with another switch that does NOT have the override function and now the light just strobes for a few seconds then shuts off. They came back and took zero responsibility and tried to charge a fortune to replace the light they obviously caused an issue with in the first place. They were supposed to feed my doorbell wire through the brick behind the doorbell so it wouldn't be visible (photos below). They needed to cut a "small hole" on the inside wall of my living room. I said ok, as long as they could cut behind the alarm keypad so it wasn't noticeable after being patched. They agreed then I come back to a large hole cut right underneath the keypad. Then they told me they couldn't do anything with the doorbell, so I still have the wire hanging off the side of my doorbell and a 6inx6in hole in my living room wall. *Update-Heck Electric came and fed my doorbell wire through quickly and with zero issues. Not sure why destiny said it couldn't be done after they destroyed my wall. They also added an outlet in a bedroom. They said they could do it, but would again have to cut a "small hole" and showed me about a 2inx2in square at the ceiling where they would cut. I said fine it is small and near the ceiling, I can have that easily patched also. This is before they damaged my living room wall or I would have known better and said no. They actually cut (photos below) a 22inx5in and 19inx5in hole across the corner right in the middle of my wall!! Again, no apology, no offer to make things right. I had more work I needed done, but I was horrified at the quality of their work, their lack of common sense, and their poor customer service, so I told them nevermind. *Nick, I appreciate your response, but as I said in my review, your employees did clear it with me. They just did not cut the holes the same size or the same location that we had previously agreed upon. They had permission to cut a small hole behind my keypad, not a large one underneath. They also had permission to cut a 2inx2in hole up high where the wall meets the ceiling, not a 41x5in hole spanning across the middle of 2 walls. It is also worth noting that the person who did my estimate was not the one who cut my walls, so perhaps there was a miscommunication between them.

I scheduled an appointment with Nick to upgrade my electrical panel a month in advance, and verified the appointment the week before. Unfortunately a family emergency occurred early morning the day of service, and when I reached out to Nick to reschedule I was met with zero understanding or grace. He told me "Some more advanced notice would have definitely been appreciated". When I apologized and tried to explain that simply wasn't possible due to the abruptness of the emergency he told me "At this point I am no longer interested in doing the job for you, I would have to recommend you find someone else to perform the service". In a time of stress this is not the attitude I would have liked to be met with. No compassion.

The company uses sub unlicensed workers. They use the cheapest of everything to maximize their profit! They do not care about the customers. But hey save yourself money and go with destiny.
