I scheduled an appointment with Nick to upgrade my electrical panel a month in advance, and verified the appointment the week before. Unfortunately a family emergency occurred early morning the day of service, and when I reached out to Nick to reschedule I was met with zero understanding or grace. He told me "Some more advanced notice would have definitely been appreciated". When I apologized and tried to explain that simply wasn't possible due to the abruptness of the emergency he told me "At this point I am no longer interested in doing the job for you, I would have to recommend you find someone else to perform the service". In a time of stress this is not the attitude I would have liked to be met with. No compassion.

This was an urgent request due to HVAC failure in epic heatwave. We needed to resolve an electrical system issue as part of a multi-stage HVAC repair. Destiny was there in 3 hours, replaced a breaker (and fixed a light switch). The ball then went back to the HVAC repair people (who found it was a blown compressor), Thanks Destiny!
