Hello Alisha, I do think it’s worth noting; it was explained to you during the estimate, that holes would be necessary to facilitate the installation of outlets in some of the areas, due to the Brick exterior walls and tight attic. Additionally it was cleared with you, in advance, prior to any holes being cut, as is our policy. All services were itemized and completed, as proposed.
