Open neutral electric outlet needed to be repaired. This required several other outlets to be looked at to determine which was the faulty one. Also, a light fixture that was 20+ feet tall needed to have bulbs replaced. I did not have a ladder that tall.

This was a complicated job on several electrical outlets and wiring, transformer, dock lights, etc. that were knocked out due to a lightning strike. We’ve had several of their crews working diligently over the last few weeks to get things up and running again. They’ve been very knowledgeable and efficient and we appreciate all of their hard work. I had an outstanding experience with Destiny Electric, beginning with my first phone call. Nathan, the supervisor, was professional, direct, and refreshingly straightforward. I called several electrical companies requesting a simple quote to replace two existing ceiling fans with two chandeliers, and many insisted on coming out just to provide an estimate — some even charging for it. Nathan immediately gave me a clear, exact quote over the phone, without hesitation or sales tactics, which spoke volumes about the company’s professionalism and experience. The work itself was just as impressive. Travis and another electrician arrived on time, were knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous. They installed both chandeliers perfectly and also diagnosed and fixed a non-working outlet that turned out to be caused by an issue in a different, hidden outlet feeding the circuit. They identified the problem quickly and confidently. The team worked cleanly, explained everything clearly, and respected my home. True expertise, fair pricing, and excellent service from start to finish. I would absolutely use Destiny Electric again and highly recommend Nathan, Travis, and the entire team.

I worked with Nate, a master electrician in the office to give me an estimate to install a wired 3 Ring camera system-a doorbell, a garage wired camera, a a back door flood light camera to replace an old flood light. He was outstanding-very personable and competent. He and I did miss that an additional flood light was on the switch for the camera flood, so we were able install a switch bypass and add a LED motion sensor flood to replace the one we missed during the install, perfectly managed by Travis and Jerry. Travis, a master electrician and Jerry did an awesome job with all the install. They are very competent and helpful with getting everything up and running, adjustments and removing the old battery Arlo hardware. I will never again have a battery camera system. I highly recommend Destiny and believe their employees Nate, Travis and Jerry are the best it gets!

The guys came out very quickly and were very helpful in finding an issue that the electricians screwed up when building the house. The two techs were incredibly helpful and I felt like they actually cared about fixing my issue, for me, not just because they were getting my business. I had troubleshooted on my own with no luck and because I was curious as to what the problem was, I was asking a decent amount of questions. They answered all my questions and went out of their way to help me understand what they were doing and what the problem was. They were friendly, professional, and courteous and I will definitely use them again if needed.

This was an urgent request due to HVAC failure in epic heatwave. We needed to resolve an electrical system issue as part of a multi-stage HVAC repair. Highly recommend!!!! The guys did an amazing job, were professional and efficient. I live in a mobile home and had what I thought was a faulty gfci outlet issue in our kitchen that caused a daisy chain reaction that took out 12 outlets because none were functioning and had no power at all. We replaced the breaker to them and the gfci outlet but still nothing so I called Destiny Electric. It ended up being the junction box under the house which I never heard of so I'm glad we called professionals. Travis took the time to answer all my questions and took pics and showed me. He even brought in the old parts to show me, I learned a lot today and am so grateful they were able to fix our issue. Now we have a functioning kitchen again. I definitely will use them again in the future and refer them to everyone I know.

Good morning. Travis and Louis did an excellent job for me installing a ventilation fan in my master bath. They were on time, professional, and knowledgeable with the installation. Travis came up with a workaround when the area was too tight to accommodate the job being done the "normal" way. They cleaned up the area when they were finished. Oven went out on Thanksgiving Day with a Turkey IN THE OVEN!! I Called and spoke with the owner Nick and he put me at ease by quickly diagnosing the problem over the phone. He got Billy out to the house the following Monday in the time frame he quoted. Billy and the other gentleman with him (I am sorry for forgetting his name) showed up and got right to work. Shane and his partner I didn't get his name showed up the same day of my initial call. They got right to the root of my problem which was an outlet that kept overheating and smoking which gave me a ton of fear for an electrical house fire. They trouble-shot several outlets nearby and found the problem! Replaced my outlets and informed me of how to prevent this from happening in other outlets giving me reassurance for the future. They were personable, professional and friendly. This is my forever electrician thank goodness.

He walked me through some things and we were able to get it back on, avoiding a service call. None of the other companies I called could even come out much less offer free over the phone assistance. Very prompt, professional and friendly. I thought we needed an outlet for my washing machine in the garage rewired. It had been this way for several years. Project included five outdoor outlets, 9 outdoor Ring cameras, outside Wi-Fi antenna, power to the pool deck, setup 'Stand by power' for a new pool system, install new power to the shed, Corrected and upgraded electric system in barn, uninstalled a street lamp that had grown into a tree after 30 years, and ... most importantly, found and corrected a short (issue has been bugging me for the last 15 years) in one of the 30-year-old outlets. Professional, prompt and courteous! Nick arrived on time and helped me figure out what five of my light switches actually operated. One of them was a three way switch that was supposed to operate my chandelier..now I can from two locations. The other switches were connected to junction boxes outside that are prewired for front and rear landscape lighting! Didn't even know I had those. His knowledge and expertise allowed him to get to the bottom of my concerns in less than an hour. If you need electrical work, would highly recommend Nick from Destiny Electric!

I had a hot water heater installed and by the end of the day, still did not have hot water. The plumber came back out and told me the problem was a bad breaker and to call an electrician. When I called Destiny Electric, I was expecting them to tell me that they could not come out the same day, but Shane was able to get me on the schedule for that day and I did not end up having to take yet another day off of work. When Nick came out, he was exceptionally courteous and professional. He got the job done in about ten minutes and I had hot water within the hour.
