Had a burned out socket. Called and spoke to Nick. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Scheduled appointment. They came out when scheduled and were prompt. Only took about 45 minutes. So JEA came out and said we needed to have a jaw in our meter replaced last friday or they'd shut off our power. Google highly recommended this company so we figured we'd give it a shot. I'm so glad we did! We called them Saturday morning and Nick was here early Monday morning. He got everything taken care of really efficiently and was honest and fair about the whole process. We were incredibly stressed over the repair due to the holidays but they made everything so easy. Thank you Destiny electric!
