I had an outstanding experience with Destiny Electric, beginning with my first phone call. Nathan, the supervisor, was professional, direct, and refreshingly straightforward. I called several electrical companies requesting a simple quote to replace two existing ceiling fans with two chandeliers, and many insisted on coming out just to provide an estimate — some even charging for it. Nathan immediately gave me a clear, exact quote over the phone, without hesitation or sales tactics, which spoke volumes about the company’s professionalism and experience. The work itself was just as impressive. Travis and another electrician arrived on time, were knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous. They installed both chandeliers perfectly and also diagnosed and fixed a non-working outlet that turned out to be caused by an issue in a different, hidden outlet feeding the circuit. They identified the problem quickly and confidently. The team worked cleanly, explained everything clearly, and respected my home. True expertise, fair pricing, and excellent service from start to finish. I would absolutely use Destiny Electric again and highly recommend Nathan, Travis, and the entire team.

Nicholas and Nathan are part of a team of professional, courteous, and highly skilled electricians. They upgraded my electrical service and did an excellent job from start to finish. Communication remained clear starting with my first call to obtain an estimate and throughout the entire electrical installation process. They took the time to explain everything in detail and the turn around time to receive an estimate was very quick. I feel that estimate turnaround time is an underrated part of the customer service process so I wanted to make sure to highlight that in my review. I was pleased with destiny electric. Nathan was very accommodating giving me a same day appointment. Greatly appreciated since my refrigerator and freezer were involved. Joseph diagnosed the problem quickly,which I appreciated. The gentlemen were courteous And did a good job communicating when they were on their way, and the name of who would be arriving. Priced are very reasonable.

I had a parcel power outage. FP&L said it was my problem and that I needed an electrician. Destiny sent out Nathan who assessed the problem and informed me that the issue was before the meter. They didn’t believe me and said they tested the power to the meter and it was good. Nathan told them that it was a floating neutral. The two team members we spoke with obviously didn’t understand but a least believed Nathan. After another speaking with them for another 30 minutes they said they would send a crew to fix the problem. I appreciated the effort from Nathan.

We had a great experience with Destiny Electric. From the initial quote to the installation and the follow up, everyone was incredibly respectful, kind, punctual, and helpful. They were so easy and enjoyable to work with and had competitive pricing. We had lots of questions throughout the process, and we were thankful to have everyone deal with us so patiently. I wish I knew the names of all of the gentlemen assisting us (Steven, Max, Nathan, Billy, and Nick), but I will say that no matter the team that walked through the door, everyone was very kind. We had another company quote us nearly double and said it would take two days. Destiny brought out multiple vans and knocked it out in one day. We will be happy to use them again in the future!

An outstanding level of professionalism was evident with all members of the crew. The guys readily answered any questions we had during the installation. Nathan (Team Leader) took time to explain the reasons for certain steps during the installation. The gentlemen working on our house were easy to talk to with a great sense of humor. They cleaned up completely when they finished and left those areas in the house and garage spotless. Destiny Electric was recommended to us by a neighbor who had them install the outlet for his EV charger. His words, "they do excellent work, you won't be disappointed." He was correct, we will definitely use them in the future for electrical work.
