I had a parcel power outage. FP&L said it was my problem and that I needed an electrician. Destiny sent out Nathan who assessed the problem and informed me that the issue was before the meter. They didn’t believe me and said they tested the power to the meter and it was good. Nathan told them that it was a floating neutral. The two team members we spoke with obviously didn’t understand but a least believed Nathan. After another speaking with them for another 30 minutes they said they would send a crew to fix the problem. I appreciated the effort from Nathan.
