As a realtor it is nice when you can refer someone because you have used them for your personal residence. I called Destiny Electric to replace a breaker and they came out the next day on time as promised. The price was what I was quoted over the phone. They are very knowledgeable; do great work and are honest and pleasant to work with. I will be using them again !

I scheduled an appointment with Nick to upgrade my electrical panel a month in advance, and verified the appointment the week before. Unfortunately a family emergency occurred early morning the day of service, and when I reached out to Nick to reschedule I was met with zero understanding or grace. He told me "Some more advanced notice would have definitely been appreciated". When I apologized and tried to explain that simply wasn't possible due to the abruptness of the emergency he told me "At this point I am no longer interested in doing the job for you, I would have to recommend you find someone else to perform the service". In a time of stress this is not the attitude I would have liked to be met with. No compassion.

I was having a very chaotic morning with a sick toddler and several work outcomes due. The two technicians arrived in a timely manner, were polite, and completed the work in record time. I had an external outlet installed. The younger technician, specifically, was considerate and kind. I inadvertently gave the wrong amount in haste and he was professional when addressing the matter and cleaned up the area. I am pleased with the experience.
