The outlets on one whole side of our house went out so we tried calling around and Shane called me back within 10 mins of calling the office. He walked me through some things and we were able to get it back on, avoiding a service call. None of the other companies I called could even come out much less offer free over the phone assistance. This company is legit. I will only call/recommend them for electrical issues.
